Many startup folks who choose not to build in public might say their journey is "nacho business" — as in, not your business. But our team is embracing the opposite of that.

The Buildiful Standup
Over the past week, we’ve begun working on our first official product:
How to Steal AI’s Jobs — a book that captures our thinking, experiments, and outlook on creating value in the AI age.
Many of you voted in favor of publishing it, both to extend our runway and to share ideas worth building on.
So we’ve dived right in to start outlining chapters and writing the manuscript, which is approximately 15% complete at this point.

Meanwhile, Project Growing A Brain (GAB) and the Buildiful.com rebuild continue in the background. The tunnels are expanding.
This Week’s Dilemma
Books need more than writers; they need publishers. (And of course, readers. Though that's a discussion for later.)
We are now deciding how to release How to Steal AI’s Jobs in a way that fits our small team’s reality while keeping it accessible to a global audience.
Here’s where you come in:
- KDP (Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing) — the fastest and most global route. Easy to distribute, but less indie feel.
- Independent route (The SVT Press + direct print-on-demand) — full creative control, more work, slightly slower start.
- Hybrid approach — publish through KDP and The SVT Press simultaneously for reach + independence.
